It doesn’t get much easier than this simple recipe for delicious pulled pork. You can use it in tortillas for tacos or shred for pulled pork sandwiches. You decide how spicy by adjusting the amount of chili powder. Thanks to Kelly for sharing this great recipe. Pairs well with our Pinot Noir Rose or our Sauvignon Blanc.
Combine salsa, chili powder, oregano, cocoa powder, and 1 tsp of salt in the slow cooker. Add pork to coat. Cook covered until meat pulls apart easily (4-5 hours on high or 7-8 hours on low).
If you use 2 tenderloins, double the recipe for the salsa.
Serve with reserved salsa, corn tortillas, cilantro, lime wedges and sour cream or other desired condiments.
